Our professional rate structure reflects the educational level of our designers which is determined by training and years of experience which is Master, Senior, Intermediate and Junior Stylists.

CANCELLATION POLICY FOR OUR SALON & SPA

We thank you for choosing us as your salon and spa. All of our clients do require a client file to be created and will now require you to confirm your appointment 12 hours before the allocated time or it will be cancelled. Your on-time arrival for your appointment allows us to meet your service expectations. Should you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment, please provide a minimum of 24 hours notice (48 hours notice for large group bookings of three or more). Anything less or no showing your appointment will result in 50% of the booked service to be charged to your client file and a payment will be required upon booking your next appointment.

Why?

Our stylists and estheticians are paid on commission therefore when booking an appointment you are taking 2-4 hours of their day. When you are to no show or cancel your appointment less than 24 hours, our staff are not receiving any compensation for the time reserved for you. Our new policy ensures they are able to be compensated for the time booked. Although we understand things do come up; we kindly ask that you respect our cancellation policy and the time of your stylist or esthetician.
